The Strategic Board is responsible for overall direction and funding, and selects and oversees the Scientific Board. The current members of this board are:

• Narayana Murthy (Infosys)

• Rajeev Rastogi (Yahoo! Labs Bangalore)

The Scientific Board runs day-to-day operations, solicits proposals for workshops, and selects program chairs for each workshop. Each workshop will be run by 2-4 program chairs who put together the program, invite speakers and run the workshop. The Scientific Board is also responsible for maintaining the website of the Series and deciding on the quantum of funding to be given to a workshop. The current members of this board are:
